01.DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER - FINANCE Age : Around 50 years
No. of Post : 01 [UR ]


The candidate will be a graduate in commerce with chartered accountant qualification. Additional qualifications in costs and works accounting will be an added advantage. Candidate should have minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Finance with a minimum 0f 5 years in senior position.

The incumbent will assist the Management in all matters related to financial policies and systems. He will oversee the areas such as financial planning, accounting, costing budgeting, capital budgeting, negotiation and optimum utilization of institutional and commercial borrowings, Taxation, Income Tax, GST, Banking with respect to arranging short term and long term funding. The salary compensation (CTC) for the above post is around Rs.21/- lacs per annum.


02. MANAGER -E & P No. of Post : 1 [ UR ]
Age : Around 40 years


The candidate should be Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and the candidate shall be able to handle the maintenance of all HVAC, Utility and Pharma Machineries. The candidate should have knowledge of design, planning, commercial, contract, material, maintenance, repair, project management etc. The candidate should be able to co-ordinate with external agency for calibration and validation and liasioning with BESCOM, BWSSB etc. The candidate should have minimum 5-7 years of working experience in a pharmaceutical company or continuous process industry. The salary [ CTC] will be around Rs.13 lacs per annum.

03. MANAGER - HRD No. of Post : 1 [ UR]
Age : Around 40 years


The candidates must be a graduate with MSW or Two years Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in HR from NIPM / Two years MBA with specialization in HR with 5-7 years of experience in the above areas. The incumbent shall be responsible for all HR activities such as Industrial relations, formulation & implementation of HR practices, man-power planning, recruitment, training and development, employee relations, compensation, field Marketing administration and welfare activities along with legal handling. The salary compensation (CTC) will be around Rs.13 lacs per annum. Qualification and experience will be relaxed in exceptional cases.

04. ASST.COMPANY SECRETARY & MANAGER [Administration] No. of Post :1[ UR ]
Age : Around 40 years,


The incumbent shall be responsible for secretarial, Administration Legal functions of the Company, as well as, efficient serving of shareholders, routine Board and Company matters.

The candidate must be a graduate in Law with Associate / Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The candidate should have thorough knowledge of secretarial & Administrative functions with specific reference to the legal issues of the Companies and should have 5-7 years experience in the above areas. The salary compensation (CTC) will be around Rs.13 lacs per annum.


05. Deputy Manager-Internal Audit No.of Posts:1[UR]
Age : Around 38 years


The candidate should be a Graduate in Commerce. Preference will be given to the candidates who have the additional qualification of Inter CA/CS/ICMA or LLB. Working knowledge in MS Office is essential. The candidates having minimum five years experience in auditing areas. The total emoluments [CTC ] will be around Rs.12 lacs per annum.

06. ASSISTANT MANAGER - FINANCE No.of Post:1[ UR]
Age : Around 35 years


The candidate shall be a Inter CA/CS/ICMA Inter. Preference will be given to qualified ICMA candidates. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in the similar area preferably in pharmaceutical industry. Working knowledge in MS office is essential.

The incumbent should be well versed in the areas of cost accounting, GST, Purchase Accounting and should have worked under Computerized environment. The CTC will be around Rs.9 lacs per annum.


07.ASSISTANT MANAGER - HRD No. of Post :1 [UR]
Age:Around 35 years


The candidates must be a graduate with MSW or Two years Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in HR from NIPM / Two years MBA with specialization in HR with 3-5 years of experience in the above areas. The candidates should have the knowledge of HR activities such as Industrial relations, recruitment, training and development, employee relations, legal handling The salary compensation (CTC) will be around Rs.9 lacs per annum.

08. EXECUTIVE - FINANACE No. of post : 1 [ OBC ]
Age : Around 30 years

The candidate shall be a B Com/ M.Com Graduate or Inter CA/CS/ICMA with having 3 years of experience preferably in pharmaceutical industry. Working knowledge in MS office is essential.

The incumbent should be well versed in the areas of Cost Accounting, GST, filing returns, Banking Area and should have worked under Computerized environment. The CTC will be around Rs.7 lacs per annum.


09. Apprentice Trainees :-
We invite Applications for engagement of Apprenticeship training under Apprenticeship Act 1961 from candidates fulfilling the eligibility conditions mentioned in the under mentioned designated trades.

02. Training Period and Place : Training period will be for Two years at our factory situated at No.14, Peenya, IInd stage, Bangalore - 560 058.

03. Age limit : 21 years

04. Educational Qualifications - The candidate must have passed 10th class examination with ITI pass certificate in relevant trade from recognized Industrial Training Institute affiliated to NCVT.

05. Stipend : Stipend will be paid as per the instruction of Apprenticeship Board.

06. Agreement of Training : The selected candidate has to execute an apprenticeship contract with employer before apprenticeship training as prescribed under the Apprentice Act, 1961.

The candidates working in Government Department / Public Sector Undertaking required to forward their application through proper channel / produce No Objection Certificate.
